Karen Fraser is very informative and knowledgeable about the buying- and- selling home process. I had the pleasure of working with Karen on buying and selling a house. During both processes, she went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about the process. As a first time home- buyer, I didn’t know what to expect or what this complicated process entailed. So, I had many questions and repeated questions and more questions (Don’t judge, lol, I have issues and wanted to make a well informed decision). And, Karen was there to answer all of them, time after time, with a positive- empathetic attitude. Additionally, she also made recommendations and suggestions that were not only valuable, but also extremely helpful in making the process less nerve-racking. Moreover, I did not feel like a number. She really made me feel like I mattered, and that she truly had my best interest at heart by always being available (having full- direct access to her), taking time to meet with me to give me feedback, always having a positive-supportive- encouraging attitude, and constantly exploring other options as a back-up plan. Therefore, I didn’t have to go through this stressful, scary and exciting process alone- “she was always there”! In sum, Karen is more than a realtor during the process of selling or buying a home; she is reliable, dependable, trustworthy, open, and honest, which are all the qualities of a true friend.
Karen was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING through the entire process of searching for our first home. We are a young married couple and both work different schedules and wanted to see many different houses in many different neighborhoods so we needed a very flexible and accessible agent. Karen was more than we could have asked for and made the entire process from searching for homes to putting in offers to closing to settlement very easy. We ran into some issues with the mortgage company and Karen was very proactive and communicated everything to us and the seller and made it so there were no delays. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Karen Fraser and will definitely use her again when we decide to sell our home and look for our next home!!

Agent is very responsible and realible. She takes care of her duties in timely passion. She kept me up to date with new properties that comes to the market and discuss the details. There was time when she used her off days to show me properties. Show showed multiple houses in a single day so that I have options to pick from.
